PURPOSE:
Toinvestigatetheutilityofwhole-lesionapparentdiffusioncoefficient(ADC)histogramanalysisincapturingbreastlesionheterogeneityanddeterminewhichADCmetricmayhelpbestdifferentiatebenignfrommalignantbreastmasslesionsat3.0Tmagneticresonanceimaging(MRI).
MATERIALSANDMETHODS:
Weretrospectivelyincludedwomenwithbreastmasslesions(benign:malignant?=?36:65)whounderwent3.0Tdiffusion-weightedimaging(DWI)andsubsequentlyhadhistopathologicconfirmation.ADChistogramparameters,includingthemean,minimum,maximum,10th/25th/50th/75th/90thpercentile,skewness,kurtosis,andentropyADCs,werederivedforthewhole-lesionvolumeineachpatient.Mann-WhitneyU-test,univariateandmultivariatelogisticregression,areaunderthereceiver-operatingcharacteristiccurve(Az),intraclasscorrelationcoefficient(ICC),andBland-Altmantestwereusedforstatisticalanalysis.
RESULTS:
Mean,minimum,maximum,and10th/25th/50th/75th/90thpercentileADCsweresignificantlylower(allP0.),whileskewnessandentropyADCsweresignificantlyhigher(P0.andP?=?0.,respectively)inmalignantlesions公益爱心援助定点医院北京中科中医院好不好
